Playing Apexra

Apexra is free to play in your browser for personal entertainment, without an account. It is a single-player racing game against computer-controlled drivers. Game points, ranks and VR are fictional progress measures: they have no monetary value and offer no prizes, payment or real-world rewards.

Original work and third-party rights

The operator retains rights in the original game code, artwork and other original material to the extent those rights are owned by the operator. You may load and run the game and make the temporary copies needed to play it in your browser. Free access does not grant unrestricted permission to republish, distribute, sell or claim ownership of proprietary code or original assets. Any use allowed by applicable law remains allowed.

Third-party code, fonts and datasets have their own licenses, described in Credits & Licenses. These terms do not restrict permissions granted by those licenses, including rights in the licensed circuit data.

Availability and local saves

The game needs a compatible modern browser, WebGL and suitable hardware. Performance and compatibility vary. Software and hosting can fail, and access may be interrupted. There is no promise of uninterrupted availability, a particular result or support for every device.

Progress and supported preferences are saved locally in your browser, with no cloud backup or account recovery. Clearing site data, private browsing, browser cleanup, device loss, a change of site address or an incompatible update can lose your progress permanently. Local saves may be unavailable or altered by browser extensions or other software on your device.

Changes and responsible use

Features, balancing, supported devices and save formats may change. The operator may suspend or discontinue the game. Where practical, significant changes affecting access or saves will be explained on the site. Do not interfere with the hosting service, introduce malicious code or infringe others’ rights.

Limits and your legal rights

The game is provided as available for entertainment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator does not warrant that it will be error-free or always available and is not responsible for loss of local game progress or interruptions beyond the operator’s reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer or other statutory rights.

Law, questions and updates

Applicable mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Apexra is independent and is not affiliated with, approved by or endorsed by the Formula 1 companies, the FIA, racing teams or circuit owners. Names used to identify circuits do not imply permission, sponsorship or endorsement.
